Printer Troubleshooting

Problem : My Apple Mobile Device Displays “No AirPrint Printers Found Error Message When I Tap Print Icon

The advancement of mobile technology now even allows users to send content to print wirelessly. In the case of Apple mobile devices, it is made possible through Airprint software and use of an iPhone or iPad. However, only a handful of printers like the Brother DCP-8110DN are compatible with this technology. But with all the convenience it offers, problems can still occur. So what should you do once an error message “No AirPrint Printers Found appears on your gizmo”?

Check if Airplane Mode setting is OFF. If the Airplane mode is ON, no Wi-Fi signal can be detected or emitted from your Apple mobile device.

Check if Wi-Fi connection is ON. Your device must be connected to Wi-Fi to be able to print.

Connect Brother DCP-8110DN to a network. To do this, switch off the printer and let it sit for a few seconds. Then, power on again. It might take a few minutes to connect it to a network.

Make sure that your Brother DCP-8110DN is connected to the same network your Apple mobile device is connected to.

Lastly, confirm that your PC is connected to your printers network.

Using Airprint technology, you can now print an image, email, document and other formats with your Apple mobile device with the help of a Brother DCP-8110DN multifunction printer. Just make sure that you follow the procedures above to make printing easy and convenient. Want another bonus? Now you can save money the more you print. Purchasing consumables in bundle such as 2 pack Brother DR720 drum unit allows users to reduce printing expenses and overall ownership cost.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!

one thing is to Disable any Firewall while printing, sometimes this prevents airprint from functioning.

If the application does not support Open In… you can copy the content of the document and print it via the Clipboard tab within Printer Pro.
